  1. On acceptance — pay the admin fee (before the lease is signed).
  2. On signing the lease — pay the deposit and first month's rent.

Admin fee — paid on acceptance, non-refundable if you withdraw

Admin fee of £131.25 is payable per tenant applicant on acceptance for tenancy, and is paid before the lease is signed. If the tenant pulls out of the transaction after acceptance, this fee is non-refundable as it is our admin fee.

Deposit return — myDeposits Jersey

Return of the deposit at the end of the tenancy is subject to a deduction by myDeposits Jersey of their fee.
