Tenant cost calculator

Estimate renting costs in two stages: admin fee on acceptance, then deposit and first month's rent when you sign the lease.

Payment order

  1. On acceptance — admin fee per applicant (£131.25 each).
  2. On signing the lease — deposit and first month's rent.

Admin fee of £131.25 is payable per tenant applicant on acceptance for tenancy, and is paid before the lease is signed. If the tenant pulls out of the transaction after acceptance, this fee is non-refundable as it is our admin fee.

Return of the deposit at the end of the tenancy is subject to a deduction by myDeposits Jersey of their fee.
