A confidential listing is prepared to full professional standard, but the public sees a teaser only: the price, a short description and the parish. There is no address, photos or floor plan. It is kept off our map search, out of portal feeds and out of search engines.
Interested buyers request the details from the teaser and receive a link by email that works for 60 minutes. For buyers we already know, we send a link that works for 7 days. Links stop at their expiry time, we can revoke them, and they all stop as soon as the listing is no longer confidential. The full details give the parish only, and we give the address at viewing.
We record your written consent before a listing goes live as Confidential, and we can report how many people asked for details and opened them (counts only).
Suited to sensitive, high-profile, probate or quiet sales and lets, or a private first phase before full marketing.
This is separate from Vendor listing preview (your approval of a draft before publication). Many instructions use both; they solve different problems.
