How you may use ND Estates site content, listings data, and market snapshot information

This page sets out how you may use content and public data published on ndestates.com (the “Site”), including property listing pages, guides, the Jersey property market snapshot, and machine-readable feeds. It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Ownership

Unless we say otherwise, ND Estates (or our licensors) own the intellectual property in the Site’s text, layout, branding, photographs, maps presentation, and the compilation of public listing and market snapshot data. Property particulars may also reflect information supplied by vendors, landlords, or third parties.

Permitted use

You may:

  • View and use the Site for personal, non-commercial information about properties we market and related Jersey property topics.
  • Share links to individual public pages (for example a listing or the market snapshot) so others can open them on the Site.
  • Quote short extracts for news reporting, research, or commentary, with clear attribution (see below), provided you do not misrepresent our content or present it as independent verification of any property.
  • Access public feeds and structured data we intentionally publish (for example listing feeds and Dataset markup) for indexing, discovery, and citation, subject to reasonable automated access that does not harm the Site.

Attribution

Where you republish or cite Site data or aggregates (including the market snapshot), please attribute: Source: ndestates.com (or “ND Estates”) and, where practical, link to the page or dataset URL you used. Attribution does not transfer ownership.

What we do not allow without written consent

Without our prior written permission you must not:

  • Copy, scrape, or bulk-download the Site or feeds to build a competing property portal, mirror, or commercial dataset for resale.
  • Remove branding, watermarks, or copyright notices from materials we publish.
  • Present listing details, prices, or market statistics as guaranteed facts or as a formal valuation or advice.
  • Use the Site in a way that overloads our systems or circumvents technical access controls.
